The villa is in a small gated enclave of three privately owned villas, one kept for the owner’s occasional use and this villa and Casa Estrela are available for rental. All three villas share the gardens and swimming pool.
Casa Marsol is a 2 storey villa, modern yet traditional in style, and finished to an extremely high standard incorporating elements of traditional Goan architecture and features, including laterite stone, double shutter doors and the large “balcao”, the traditional deep entrance terrace typical of most Goan homes providing loads of space for relaxing.

The villa consists of 4 double bedrooms, the ground floor bedrooms each with TWO bathrooms one internal and one external!
These open plan shower areas provide a unique experience where you can shower out side on balmy tropical evenings under the stars.

The villa is entered via the massive terrace that runs the full width of the house.
