Casa Lenas is a traditional, Portuguese style, 95 year old cottage in a quiet backwater in the heart of Candolim within easy reach of local shops restaurants and bars and only a few minutes stroll from the magnificent golden sand beach.

The cottage is one of the oldest houses in the area and still retains many original features including cool lofty high beamed ceilings and wooden shuttered doors and windows.

Particular features of the house are the shady verandahs that run the full width of the house at the back and the front and the delightful plant filled courtyard garden crammed full of Frangipani, Hibiscus, Bougainvillaea, heady scented Night Queen and purple flowering creeper. The addition of ornate decorative window grilles and traditional antique furnishings makes Casa Lenas without doubt one of the prettiest cottages in the area providing charming atmospheric accommodation.

Casa Lenas underwent a total renovation in 2002 and now offers old world charm combined with modern comforts including air conditioned bedrooms and three large beautifully finished modern bathrooms.
