The villa is in a small gated enclave of three privately owned villas, one kept for the owners occasional use and this villa, and Casa Marsol, are available for rental. All three villas share the gardens and swimming pool.
Casa Estrela is a 2 storey villa, modern yet traditional in style, and finished to an extremely high standard incorporating elements of traditional Goan architecture and features, including laterite stone, double shutter doors and the large “balcao”, the traditional deep entrance terrace typical of most Goan homes providing loads of space for relaxing.

The villa consists of a master suite on the first floor and three double bedrooms on the ground floor, two of the ground floor bedrooms, in addition to the en suite bathrooms, also have outside shower rooms. These open plan shower areas provide a unique experience where you can shower out side on balmy tropical evenings under the stars.

Ground floorThe villa is entered via the wrap around terrace that runs the full width of the house.
- Large open plan double height living/dining space. There is a satellite TV and DVD player. The dining area has a large dining table seating 8.
- Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, four burner gas hob and microwave oven.
- Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned has a king size four poster bed and en suite bathroom. There is also an additional bathroom outside where you can shower under the stars.
- Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned has a king size four poster bed and en suite bathroom. There is also an additional bathroom outside where you can shower under the stars.
- Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned with en suite bathroom
First floor
From the living room there is a shallow stepped spiral staircase that leads to the master bedroom suite.
- Bedroom 4 is air-conditioned has a built in king size double bed and an en suite bathroom. Double doors lead out on to a sea facing covered terrace.

Outside
Casa Estrela shares a large walled garden with the two other villas. The property is entered through large double gates where there is parking space. The garden on three sides is mainly grassed.
