This is one of our most stylish villas. The architect has used an innovative split level design with floor to ceiling windows and glass interior walls to create a feeling of space and light. There is a cantilevered or “floating staircase” with the balustrade being made from a single sheet of glass creating a brilliantly minimalist stair that seems to float in the air.

Everything you would expect of such an ultra modern villa has been incorporated with two of the ensuite bathrooms having indoor and open air showers and the master bedroom has the ultimate indulgence of a spa bath on its decked balcony. The kitchen has a fully integrated range of steel appliances making it contemporary and versatile.
The furniture and fittings are of the highest standards combining style and comfort and great thought has been put into getting just that “right” piece of furniture.

Outside
There is a lawn at the front of the villa. In the rear, a small patio garden backs onto the creek from which there are tranquil views of the trees and shrubs which line the opposite bank.

The swimming pool is surrounded by a lawn and is bordered by the creek as it winds it way past the villas making this a pretty spot to relax in. There is garden furniture and sunbeds. The pool is shared by only four of the villas.

There are no taxis in the immediate vicinity of the Mangrove and we have therefore included a car and driver in the price to provide you with a service to and from the local beaches, shops and restaurants.

DETAILS
The vehicle is a Maruti taxi van that carries up to 4 passengers and is available courtesy of Lazydays for up to 10 hours daily between 8am and 12pm with a minimum of 1 hour for lunch (hours negotiated locally with the driver).

EXTRAS
Petrol: Calculated at the rate of Rs 5 per km
Rs100: if any journey begins or ends outside the contracted hours.
Rs 50 per hour: If you require the driver for longer than 10 hours this will have to be negotiated with your driver and an hourly rate of Rs 50 will be payable.
